Overview: COO for Hire

NextGenVest is a B2C FinTech product guiding tens of thousands of high school and college students through the student loan process. Named as one of Fast Company's "Most Creative People" in 2017, the CEO and Founder engaged us to develop and deploy their national growth strategy, targeting 16 major markets.  

In 6 weeks, we built processes supported by technology, enabling the team to scale efficiently while collecting and visualizing data that impacts their ability to make better business decisions and accurately forecast growth. Once implemented, we organized and trained their team on best outreach practices generating hundreds of qualified opportunities with a 65% close rate. We also took the lead on partnerships, bringing in national brands to pilot integrated market campaigns adding $50,000 (projected) in cost savings.
