Overview: Launched Ticketfly Internationally

With the #1 position in the US market in hand, Ticketfly set out to launch the Canadian market. After considering growing organically, the company decided M&A was the more efficient path. We identified key targets, engaged interest and ultimately rolled up a top independent competitor with the country's largest independent promoter in a deal that set Ticketfly on a path to quickly dominate the landscape.
